LOLLNo. I did wake up in Vegas a couple nights last weekend. That was lovely. I was there seeing NONE OTHER THAN MY FAVORITE BAND since I wasn't sure if I'd be able to see them in the later leg when they go to the bay area (I STILL don't know and bought tickets yesterday, lolololol). But it was amazing. When my family later asked, "Was it EVERYTHING YOU HOPED IT WOULD BE?" with more than a little sarcasm, the only appropriate reply was, "YES!" or "HELL YES!"

My aunt suggested I take my cousin to the Oakland one. I wonder if she's intense enough to stand in a GA line in which I am the weakest fan of all. . . Which, if you know me, might be a scary thing. . . I'm sure she would think it is.

In Vegas my stepdad and I sat in between some Canadians and some Americans that were on their fifth show. . . this tour. . . second in the US. . . Then there were us. It was our first time and we went ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE STATE! Oh, my.

University is treating me well, but like most other things, it helps stifle my creativity. I don't have much but scribbles and doodles and maybe a page or two of writing. Since creativity and I don't get along, I'm thinking I'll switch my focus from writing to linguistics. Linguistics are really cool, but here's some irony: I fail at using language. :D It took me a little too long to realize that my failures in French and Chinese were the same failures I have in English. Oops.

(Did I mention that there was a brief moment during which MY FAVORITE LIVING PERSON was MERE FEET DIRECTLY ABOVE MY HEAD? Mmmmm yeaaaahhhhh. Oh and I had FRONT ROW, BABY. . . )

With a random glance at your page--What the hell is "pop metal"? The logical fallacy of the music world (besides the inexplicable popluarity of such bands as the Jonas brothers)? Or is it screamo bands sining pop songs like "Toxic?" That's a fun one, nothing like a male demonic grunt belting out Brittney Spears music.
Much like the numbering system of the Chem classes at Shasta college? (sorry to throw that in there but serioiusly, Chem 1A is at a higher level than Chem 2A?).
:iconmulletyvonobox:
Haha, I've heard the poppier hair metal bands referred to as such. And those are the kinds I listen to most. . .

. . . That's a weird numbering system. ILU, TMCC. Chem 122 is higher than Chem 121 as it should be.

If you insist on throwing the word adorable around, you better be talking about yours truly. ;D
:iconblacklight-pixystyx:
Yes, Robert explained that to me. It's still stupid--about as stupid as Cole Geiger in love.

"ILU, TMCC?" That does not compute.
:iconmulletyvonobox:
Oops, sorry, too internet-y. "I love you, Truckee Meadows Community College." Abbreviating TMCC was justified, but I'll admit that "ILU" was a bit silly, ha ha. TMCC = local junior college. . . Whee.

Cole Geiger in love? XD

Yes, with Alejandra, no less. The mind reels. But as a person who has known said person since we were three years old, I know that he is indeed capable of not being a douche bag--in fact the reprisal of our "Creed" project from the begining of the year as the "Philosophy of Life" prooved that*--and I'm proud of him for showing that to someone other than John, David, Mikey, and Jacob.

*His Creed--a begiining of the year "I believe in" project--was full of sarcasm and disdain for the project and the world as a whole. As was our most recent Final project where he did his graduation speech from the point of view of Raskolnikov from Crime and Punishment. Freaking hilarious, but acidic. Our Philosophy of Life project was much different. First of all, he apologized for some of the things he had said in his speech. And then he gave an actual way to live life.
